1. Girls’ Basketball Rolls

The Derry Lady Trojans traveled to Leechburg for a non-section contest and took a 34-9 lead at halftime and never looked back on their way to a 58-17 victory. Jane Huss led the Lady Trojans with 20 and teammate Samantha Gruska added 18. Derry begins section play on Thursday at Greensburg Salem. The Lady Trojans have 4 wins against 2 losses on the season.

2. Candy Cane Grams

Class Officers will be selling Candy Cane Grams during homeroom period. Buy your friends and teachers Candy Canes to spread some holiday cheer. Each Candy Cane costs 50 cents. All Candy Cane Grams will be delivered by a surprise guest on Monday, December 19.

3. Food Pantry

Those students attending the Food Pantry on Wednesday, December 14th should report to the ramp at 8:15 am on Wednesday morning.
