About

Welcome to The Station, a revamped student newspaper that provides the students, faculty and staff of Derry Area with a platform to connect directly with the high school, in their own words. Founded by Mr. Curcio, and inspired by The Ringer and Derek Jeter’s The Players’ Tribune, The Station not only publishes student news articles, but features first-person stories from students, faculty, and administration providing unique insight into the daily grind of public school in and outside of the classroom. Through impactful and intriguing long- and short-form stories and podcasts, The Station brings students closer than ever to the blue and gold that they love.
