2. Costa Rica

There are still places to sign up for the Costa Rica trip!  The last meeting is this Wednesday in the library at 7 pm. And it’s also the last day for $200 off of your trip.  We hope you can go to the hot springs and rainforest with us!

3. In Sports…

The Derry Area Lady Trojans ran past the Lady Jayhawks of Jeannette 54-29 in an exhibition game on the winner’s court. The Lady Trojans put three players in double figures with Rachelle Marinchek leading the way with 14 followed by Samantha Gruska and Jane Huss each with 11.

The Derry Area Jr High Wrestling Team won their 2nd tournament of the season by the winning the 12 team United Invitational this past Saturday. Individual Champions were: Rocco DeCario, Dylan Bateman, Hayden Hood, Jeremiah Gess, Mason Horwat, and Brady Brown.
