3 things to know for October 25: Red Ribbon Week, Yearbook Sales, Volleyball Falls

1. Red Ribbon Week

This week is Red Ribbon Week. This is a celebration of being Drug-Free, and this year’s theme is Celebrating Life. To learn more about Red Ribbon week, click here.

To celebrate, the Student Council is hosting Spirit Week.

Tuesday, October 25 – Adam Sandler Day
Wednesday, October 26 – Wear Red or Pink Day
Thursday, October 27 – Swap Day (Teachers and students swap apparel)
Friday, October 28 – Anything but a Backpack Day (must be able to carry or roll your item up and down the stairs).

2. Yearbook Sales

The 2023 Derrian (yearbook) will be on sale October 24-28, 2022, for $70. Names will be engraved on all yearbooks purchased at this time. They will be on sale in the F Hallway during homeroom ONLY. Order forms were given to you in homeroom the first week of school. Additional order forms are outside of F312 or in the High School Office

Cash will NOT be accepted! Checks or money orders ONLY.

Please make one check or money order for each yearbook order.

Yearbooks may also be purchased online October 24-October 28, 2022, at www.yearbookordercenter.com. The order number is 13293. A fee will be charged if purchased online.

3. Volleyball Falls in Playoffs

Seton-La Salle defeated Derry Area last night in the first round of the playoffs, 3-0.
