With the exception of Boyce Park, it will cost more to ski and snowboard and rent equipment at local resorts this season.

I think that people truly forget, or don’t even know, that in this country, it’s one of the only six countries in the entire world and the only wealthy nation in the entire world that does not mandate and have a federal paid leave program.

(Guardian) – The Duchess of Sussex has renewed her call for the US to implement paid family leave, in an interview with the chatshow host Ellen DeGeneres.

Appearing on NBC’s The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Thursday afternoon, Meghan stressed the importance of paid leave.

(WTAE) – The world’s largest pickle ornament is coming to Downtown Pittsburgh.

The three-story high Heinz Pickle balloon will be decked out for the holidays at EQT Plaza on Liberty Avenue.

It will be officially unveiled Friday at noon.

The ornament, made of a giant pickle balloon, was supposed to be added last year, but ended up with a rip in it.
