There is a Chick-Fil-A meeting today, Thursday (11/18), from 4th period through homeroom.

2. KIND Closet

Earn community service hours by volunteering to assist in the KIND closet TODAY, Thursday (11/18) from 3:00 – 6:00 PM. Please sign up outside of Ms. Smolleck’s room, F314.

3. Midnight Madness

Trojan Fans! Get a your first glimpse of this season’s Trojan ballers at our Midnight Madness practice this Friday from 9:45 PM – 11:00 PM. Team introductions will begin at 9:35 PM. Varsity cheerleaders will be providing enthusiasm as the doors open at 9:15 PM.

(CNN) – Apple plans to give customers the ability to repair their own devices amid growing pressure from regulators and consumers around the world for manufacturers to ease restrictions on fixing products.

The company on Wednesday announced a new program that will make spare parts for Apple products available to purchase starting early next year. The program, known as Self Service Repair, will let users fix broken devices using repair manuals that Apple will post on its website.

(CNN) – Holiday travel was reduced by the pandemic last year, but this time round it’s expected to look more like business as usualĀ — with crowded airports and train stations and interstates turned into either parking lots or unofficial road races.

And while the weather might not stop the masses from traveling this year, a potentially significant storm system in the East could put a wrinkle in Thanksgiving travel plans for many.

Some of the forecast computer models have shown this potential storm for over 48 hours. With this consistency in the overall pattern, there is some increased confidence that there will be some impact from either strong winds, rain, or perhaps even snow from Chicago to New York.
