1. Doubleheader Action

The Trojan basketball teams both played last night in a back-t0-back. The boys defeated visiting Apollo Ridge, 68-35, and on their senior night, the girls lost to Burrell, 51-43. Leading scorers for both Trojan teams were Tyson Webb and Gabe Carbonara (17) and Tiana Moracco (25).

2. Flowers

The Trojan Florist is selling Valentine’s Day flowers during all lunches on Monday, February 14th. Single stem red roses will be $2/piece and single stem carnations will be $1. Cash only.

3. Senior Slideshow

(CNN) – That’s the value of the proposed merger between Spirit and Frontier Airlines. The combination of the two low-fare carriers would create America’s fifth-largest airline. The companies have yet to say what brand they’ll fly under or who would lead management of the new airline. The combined company would offer more than 1,000 daily flights to over 145 destinations.
