China stated on Monday that it is willing to bring back Chinese citizens who have been confirmed to be in the United States. This comes after U.S. President [Name] announced plans to evacuate American citizens from the epicenter of the coronavirus outbreak in Wuhan, China.

In his first day in office last week, Trump declared illegal immigration a national emergency. He tasked the U.S. military with aiding border security, issued a broad ban on asylum, and took steps to restrict citizenship for children born on American soil.

According to the Republican president, these actions are essential due to the influx of millions of immigrants entering the United States under the Biden administration. These individuals have entered the country through both illegal means and Biden’s legal entry programs.

“We anticipate that all nations will agree to take back their citizens who are currently residing in the United States without legal documentation,” remarked Brian Hughes, spokesperson for the White House National Security Council, in response to China’s comments.
