1. Hat Day

Friday, March 18, 2022, is a hat day with the proceeds benefiting our Fun Day!  Wear a school appropriate hat this Friday for $1.00. Stickers will be sold in G403 (Mrs. Dorazio’s), and the Gym (Mrs. Smith) before the start of 1st period. Join in the fun!

2. KIND Closet

In need of community service hours?  KIND Closet is looking for volunteers to help organize the closet on TODAY from​ 3:00-4:00pm.  See Ms. Smolleck if you’re interested.

3. Hometown High Q

Watch Hometown High Q on KDKA (CBS Pittsburgh) at 11:00 AM on March 19th as Derry Area takes on Trinity and West Mifflin High Schools hosted by Ray Petlin. Watch Jonathan Hugus, William Hugus and Morgan Sobota as they represent DAHS on Hometown High Q.

This comes as the pandemic and the supply-chain crisis have pushed the cost of virtually everything higher. The central bankers also revised up their inflation predictions to a median of 4.3% by the year’s end, compared with 2.6% projected in December.
