The following members of the Varsity Swim team competed at the WPIAL Swimming Championships at the University of Pittsburgh this weekend. These student-athletes are competing for a bid to enter the PIAA Swimming Championships at Bucknell University.

2. Artists of the 21st Century

SAMA in Ligonier is celebrating the area’s talented young artists with the return of Artists of the 21st Century, with the Museum’s twenty-fourth annual student art exhibition. Students from Derry Area School District, Greater Latrobe School District, Hempfield School District, Valley School of Ligonier, Diocese of Greensburg, Ligonier Valley School District, and Champion Christian School will be represented in Ligonier. Artworks from the SAMA Education Collection that are used by the teaching artists in the Arts-in-Education program to educate students in a school setting will accompany and supplement the exhibition.

The exhibition will be featured February 11, 2022 through April 14, 2022

3. Musical Tickets

Tickets for the 2022 DAHS Musical production of Working are currently on sale!

This musical features music by Lin-Manuel Miranda (Hamilton) and its performance dates are Friday, March 18th at 7:00 Pm, Saturday, March 19th at 7:00 PM, and Sunday, March 20th at 2:00 PM. You can purchase tickets online or at the door on the days of the performances. There aren’t any box office hours this year.
