1. Track Workouts

This week’s workouts include:

  • Throwers – Thursday, 4:00 PM
  • Sprints/Hurdles – Wednesday, 3:00 PM

If you’re still interested in joining track and missed the meeting before break, please see Coach Curcio for a January calendar.

Knoch girls scored early and often as they coasted to a 62-26 victory at Derry. Knoch was led in scoring by Nina Shaw with 15 and Madilyn Boyer adding 13. Leading all scorers was Derry’s Tiana Moracco with 17 points.

The varsity boy’s basketball team sprinted out to a 21-12 first quarter lead, but Knoch fought back to take a 32 -28 lead at the half on their way to a 66-59 victory over the Trojans.
Tyson Webb answered with 30 points for DA.
